Das Grundstück in Stuttgart besticht mit einem unverbaubaren Blick und viel Vegetation im nahen Umfeld. Diese Besonderheit nimmt der Entwurf auf und richtet sich gezielt aus. Die verschiedenen Fensterformate der Fassade staffeln sich nach der Hierarchie des Ausblicks und des Tageslichteinfalls. Das Erdgeschoss, Raumprogramm definiert durch die Bauherrin, zeigt einen offnen Wohnessbereich sowie das Hauptschlafzimmer mit angrenzendem Wellness- und Badebereich. Das Obergeschoss fasst weitere Schlafzimmer sowie flexible Bereich für Homeoffice und Hobbies. Die Terrasse im ersten Obergeschoss sowie der Pool auf Gartenniveau werden von der vorspringenden Fassade gefasst, um Schatten zu spenden und Privatsphäre zu garantieren.

New construction residential building
The plot in Stuttgart impresses with an unobstructed view and lots of vegetation in the neighbourhood. The design takes up this special feature and focuses on it. The different window formats of the façade are staggered according to the hierarchy of the view and the incidence of daylight. The ground floor, room programme defined by the client, features an open-plan living area and the master bedroom with adjoining wellness and bathing area. The upper floor accommodates further bedrooms as well as flexible areas for home offices and hobbies. The terrace on the first floor and the pool at garden level are framed by the projecting façade to provide shade and guarantee privacy.

Das Schlafzimmer wird durch den Wellnessbereich maßgeblich definiert. Die Badewanne grenzt nahtlos an den Außenpool an, während der Fliesensims – vielseitig nutzbar – die Farbigkeit aufnimmt.
The bedroom is significantly defined by the wellness area. The bathtub seamlessly adjoins the outdoor pool, while the tiled ledge – which can be used in a variety of ways – picks up on the colour scheme.
